Shipping & Delivery

After approval of the credit card payment for the product chosen and ordered on our web site, the product will be shipped within 3 days to be delivered to the given address.

When the products reach the destination, it is recommended that you examine the product in front of the cargo officer before delivery. Since our products are insured, the compensation of any damage during transport belongs to the cargo company. If the product is damaged, the officer has to prepare a special report and the product must be returned.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation can be performed if the order has not been delivered to the cargo, i.e. in “your order is saved in the system” state. Cancellation cannot be applied in “your order has been shipped” state since it indicates that your order has been already processed. To cancel your order you can contact us via info@dropfold.com.tr.

Product Cost Return

The product can be returned or exchange may be requested within seven days after delivery. The notification or request must be sent to us via e-mail within seven days for returning or exchanging a product. The product must be sent by the customer together with invoices and shipping fee paid to begin the return process.

Conditions for returning and refunding the product:

Returns must be accompanied by the original box. The return of used, washed products, products with a broken box, products which lost their re-merchantability won’t be accepted. The return process is initiated if the product is compatible with return conditions. The Buyer will be contacted through his registered e-mail account and the credit card payment will be refund once the return is approved. This period is ten days from the date of notification.

Model Change

The product cannot be returned for another model of the same product after purchase. If the customer meets the round-trip shipping fee in order to exchange the product with another model, the product will be examined and it will be confirmed that there is no obstacle for re-selling it, and another model of the same product in stock will be delivered to the concerned person.
